The Quality Management System of Clinimer is implemented under the “Study and treatment of the infertile couple; processing of PMA techniques – IIU, IVF and ICSI; cryopreservation of gametes and embryos “.
We are committed to complying with applicable requirements (statutory and regulatory) and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. We strive to act considering the permanent satisfaction of the users’ expectations, and we encourage the constant improvement of the activities developed, as a way to promote the increasing efficiency of our processes.
In order to achieve a continuous improvement of the services, processes and quality management system, the management team commits itself to:
o Make use of its resources, including its management system, as strategic tools to achieve excellent performance, increase competitiveness and grow continuously.
o Establish efficient channels of communication with women, couples and stakeholders, in order to ensure compliance with expected requirements.
o Provide the necessary means to improve processes and to create a differentiated clinical service.
o Ensure the maximum safety conditions for patients, visitors and employees.
o Encourage the involvement of all interested parties and promote the skills of its employees in order to support Clinimer’s growth.
o Continuously monitor technical developments and dissemination by the scientific community in the Medically Assisted Procriation field.
Management takes responsibility for maintaining the Quality Policy appropriate to the organization’s purpose and strives for it to be understood and practiced by all employees.
