On December 4th, 30 students of the 12 th grade from Avelar Brotero School made a study visit to Coimbra Fertility Center ART laboratory.
It is with the mission of Fertility Protection that the “Educate for Fertility” initiative promotes a series of actions to raise awareness among young people about attitudes and behaviors that may endanger their reproductive health, developing skills that allow them to make choices informed and secure.
Providing lectures in schools, and laboratory visits to the clinic, the initiative aims to inform and alert students to infertility.
This initiative also intends to establish a connection of the youngers, with the area of Reproductive Medicine, through contact with the reality of the laboratory world.
