Performs as manager- partner of Coimbra Fertility Center | Clinimer since 2008, date of its foundation. Accumulates also functions of gynecology-obstetrics specialist and Chief Medical Officer in Coimbra Fertility Center | Clinimer. Graduated in Medicine from Faculty of Medicine of Coimbra University in 1985, she acquired her specialty in 1994 and the subspecialty in Reproduction Medicine in 2011. She was a Hospital Assistant Graduated in Gynecology Service of  Hospital Universitário de Coimbra since 2003. She has been linked to Infertility and Reproductive Medicine area since 1994.
